3. AI Data Processing
🔒 Your Data is Anonymized
When we send data to AI providers (ElevenLabs and OpenAI), your personal information is anonymized. We remove or mask:
- Your name and email address
- Specific account numbers
- Institution names (replaced with generic identifiers)
- Any other personally identifiable information
AI providers only receive anonymized financial patterns and aggregated data necessary to provide insights. They cannot identify you personally from the data we share.
What AI Providers Receive:
- Anonymized transaction categories and amounts
- Aggregated spending patterns
- Generic portfolio allocations
- Your questions and voice inputs (without personal identifiers)
What AI Providers Do NOT Receive:
- Your name, email, or contact information
- Bank account numbers or routing numbers
- Social Security numbers
- Specific institution names
- Your user ID or any way to identify you
4. Third-Party Services

Bank account connections
Plaid accesses your bank credentials directly. We never see or store your bank login.
